Marie-Laure Sinimale is an executive coach, facilitator, and systemic practitioner with over 20 years of international experience in executive education and leadership development.

Certified in the PaloAlto systemic approach, she works at the intersection of psychology, coaching, and business to help leaders and teams navigate complexity, improve collaboration, and resolve relational challenges. Her interventions are pragmatic, non-pathologizing, and focused on creating tangible, sustainable results.

She has held senior roles atThunderbird School of Global Management and withinYPO’s learning ecosystem, and has partnered with organizations across sectors including luxury retail, banking, and public institutions in the Middle East and beyond.

Marie-Laure’s work places relational dynamics at the heart of performance, helping individuals and teams build clarity,responsibility, and more effective ways of working together. Marie-Laure is currently based in Dubai where she set foot in 2015 with her family. A native of the French Riviera, She lived and work in the US, Switzerland and Spain. She is the proud mother of two super active teenage sons.
